The package will include: Thorough design consultation and site walk through Full or partial home renovation cost varies by amount of rooms and structural work needed. may include but not limited to: New flooring throughout New kitchen and appliances, including layout New plumbing fixtures and bath renovation, tiles, fixtures, finishes and layout New Tile in bathrooms and kitchen New Paint and Trim and Doors New lighting and electrical fixtures Living space redesign, fireplace, dining, bonus room Curating a design package for the whole home, starting with mood boards and ending with handoff of a design package that includes full design drawings and renderings Coordination with an architect, engineer, and or contractor to produce a project schedule and purchasing schedule, plus a clickable shopping list for furniture, fixtures and finishes. This package is a extensive but standard design package, reach out and we will develop a proposal and fee structure during our consultation. Ongoing consultation for the duration of your project Starting at $2,500, price will depend on size and scope of project.
