Package specifically tailored to existing home owners who want to add value and upgrade their existing home. Thorough design consultation and site walk through. Included: Kitchen, Living/Dining, and Master bed and bath and Hall bath mood board with furniture recommendations/options if needed. Design floor plan with any non structural space planning changes indicated for furniture placement Cost efficient non invasive or structural projects including but not limited to: New flooring New cabinet resurfacing and Countertops, Backsplash New plumbing fixtures New Tile in bathrooms and kitchen New Paint and Trim and Doors New lighting and electrical fixtures This will include a floorplan and layout and provide direction for efficient projects that can be done prior to moving in to make the space your own- measurements provided by owner. Will include a clickable shopping list of furniture, fixtures and finishes for purchasing as part of the project handoff. Access to preferred vendor list for construction and vendors for purchasing Ongoing consultation for the duration of your project 3d renderings and additional drawings available for an added fee.
