Service Description
Package specifically tailored to new home buyers, I will walk through 3 potential homes with you and your realtor and help you come up with homes that have the most potential from a design and architectural standpoint. Once you decide on a home, you will receive the following: Included: Kitchen, Living/Dining, and Master bed and bath and Hall bath mood board with furniture recommendations/options if needed. Design floor plan with any non structural space planning changes indicated for furniture placement Cost efficient non invasive or structural projects including but not limited to: New flooring Exterior paint selections and refinishing ideas New cabinet resurfacing and Countertops, Backsplash New plumbing fixtures New Tile in bathrooms and kitchen New Paint and Trim and Doors New lighting and electrical fixtures This will include a plan or layout and provide direction for efficient projects that can be done prior to moving in to make the space your own. Will include a clickable shopping list of furniture, fixtures and finishes for purchasing as part of the project handoff. Access to preferred vendor list for construction and vendors for purchasing Ongoing consultation for the duration of your project Additional drawings and 3d renderings available for an additional fee
